Made to order · status unclearOur assessment
Harmony is an important product to understand in this category, but its history makes distinguishing old photographic evidence from new features particularly important. We have not verified the forthcoming AI upgrade in practical use or clarified current delivery.

A robot head is not an autonomous body
Harmony is described as having ten degrees of freedom in the head and an articulated skeleton in the body. This does not document independent sexual body movement. We therefore assess conversation, motorised head and body construction separately.
Clarify version and delivery
The product page mentions a 2026 Generative AI Update as an upcoming upgrade. It also shows both made-to-order production and a waiting list. A buyer should clarify these points directly with the manufacturer. The image is currently used but does not establish a new 2026 model.
Material and touch
Harmony uses platinum-cured silicone over a jointed steel skeleton. That describes the construction, but does not establish how comfortable the surface feels to an individual. The manufacturer's care guidance mentions slight tackiness on delivery and a delicate painted face. We have not tested softness, temperature or contact comfort.
Moving requires planning
The product page lists a weight under 70 pounds, approximately 31.8 kg. The body can be posed manually, but the care instructions require the robot head to be removed before moving or repositioning it. This makes space for handling and storage an important part of the purchase. We have not tested lifting or joint resistance.
Care and breaks during use
The robot guide specifies a maximum of one hour of operation followed by 30 minutes of cooling. The face is cleaned gently with mild soap and water; the head is removed before thoroughly washing the body. The manufacturer recommends disconnecting power when the model is not in use. Motor noise and any stop function during operation have not been tested in our assessment.
