Neck motor, waist motor or AI head: which should you choose?
A nodding head, a moving waist and a face that follows a conversation serve different purposes. Here are the differences that matter when buying.

The term motorised doll is not precise enough for choosing equipment. Movement may come from the neck, a mechanism around the waist or several small motors in the face. The body shape does not reveal which system is fitted. Three current configurations make the difference clear: TOP-CYDOLL Polly 176E with Auto Blowjob, SEDOLL Yuuka.A with Waist-spin and the separate Annika AI head. This comparison draws on current manufacturer information and an explicitly named retailer description. The article compares documented features and controls; we have not physically tested the motors.
Polly: a motor function must be selected
Polly 176E is a base silicone model whose manufacturer configurator lists Auto Blowjob as a separate option and Polly ROS as a head choice. Retailer Leeloo Dolls describes the specific neck mechanism: the head moves back and forth with adjustable speed. This is retailer information about operation, not a manufacturer manual or our own measurement. ROS refers to the mouth construction and is not itself a motor. The relevant order must therefore identify both the suitable head and the installed motor function. [1] [2]
Yuuka.A: the motor changes waist movement
SEDOLL's Yuuka.A Teacher, SED093, has Waist-spin in its configurator. The manufacturer's accompanying article describes an S-shaped waist movement with three speed settings. This is a different mechanical task from driving the head from the neck. SEDOLL also distinguishes Waist-spin from its older Blowjob Sexbot and states that the two features currently cannot be combined. A model name with many options is therefore not a package that automatically contains them all. The chosen motor must appear on the order. [3] [4]
Annika: facial expressions are linked to conversation
Annika is described as an AI head with seven facial degrees of freedom, voice conversation and a connection to an online service. Here, movement concerns facial expressions and interaction. It does not establish a motorised waist. SEDOLL also advises against oral use of the head, even though its mouth can move. At the source check, the head is listed as sold out. Our assessment is that Annika should be chosen for an interest in conversation and expressions, while the two body configurations should be assessed for their defined motor functions. [5] [6]
A motor can reduce mobility
SEDOLL warns against manually bending the waist on the Waist-spin version because the mechanism restricts the joint. Leeloo Dolls similarly warns against forcing Polly's neck up and down. Motorisation thus provides a particular active movement but can also change manual posing. Obtain a description of permitted movement for the finished edition. A flexible skeleton in the base model does not establish that the same freedom of movement remains once an electric option is fitted. [4] [2]
Compare control throughout a complete session
Ask for a demonstration showing startup, speed or function changes, normal stopping and shutdown. Keep questions specific to the configuration shown. Three speed levels may describe the user's options, but say nothing about measured stopping response, force or noise. A conversational model also requires clarification of network and service access. We have not documented a separate emergency stop in any of the three configurations compared and do not call an ordinary visible button a verified protective feature.
Choose by the one function that matters most
If you want to investigate repeated neck movement, Polly with the named option is the relevant configuration to ask about. If you want SEDOLL's waist mechanism, that means Yuuka.A with Waist-spin, rather than any Yuuka base model. If you want physical expressions during conversation, Annika is the other type of product. Then compare total weight, support, care and servicing for that exact solution. The manufacturers' body photographs help with appearance; they do not necessarily show installed motors or the controls supplied.
Our assessment
Buy an identified movement function with known controls and clear joint limits. A neck motor, waist motor and conversational facial movement should be three separate choices. That makes it easier to select a meaningful upgrade without paying on the assumption of undocumented features.
