Local controls make a phone optional for basic functions, while remote control and video synchronisation require further setup. The removable sleeve can be cleaned separately, but the motor casing needs protection from liquid. The motor movement is specific
The manufacturer describes automatic back-and-forth sleeve movement. Seven programmes vary the rhythm. The figure of 120 strokes/minute is a manufacturer specification with a footnote for a particular setting, not a measurement under load. An adjustable physical stroke length is not documented, so programme selection must not be described as unrestricted mechanical adjustment.
Three different control routes
The manual describes local operation with the S button and a Bluetooth connection to the SVAKOM app. The manufacturer's KooSync article places video synchronisation outside the SVAKOM app, using a separate app and Chrome extension. Phone control and video sync therefore involve two different setups. These connections do not establish independent learning or built-in conversational AI.
Cleaning requires disassembly
The sleeve is removed, washed separately and dried fully before refitting. The manufacturer distinguishes the washable sleeve from the non-waterproof motor housing. Being able to separate the contact surface from the electronics is a practical advantage, but specifications cannot establish comfort, fit or cleaning time.
Current model and delivery restriction
The canonical product page shows ALEX NEO 2 in stock, and SKU S63E matches the official manual. The older Alex version is not counted as an additional platform. The stock status is the manufacturer's own information; specific delivery to Denmark has not been verified.
