Kiiroo PowerBlow
PowerBlow adds regulated vacuum to compatible Kiiroo equipment. The module has physical buttons, an automatic pattern and app control. The assessment is based on manufacturer documentation, not our own physical testing.

A relevant addition if you already own compatible equipment and want pressure adjustment rather than another vibration motor. Its value depends on correct sealing and maintenance. The hardware has no documented built-in AI; FeelMe AI is a separate external synchronisation service.

Pressure and pause are different functions
The manual describes how vacuum can be maintained after releasing the up button. The down button lets air in. This is an important difference from a motor that simply stops vibrating. Pause should therefore not automatically be described as pressure equalisation or an emergency stop.
Check the complete combination
The manufacturer sells variants with and without a stroker. The module can be combined with Keon, while the PowerShot combination requires a separate compatible case. The module price therefore does not always cover a complete setup. We have not verified third-party compatibility, physical stock or delivery to Denmark.
Cleaning covers several parts
Kiiroo instructs users to clean and dry the sleeve separately while keeping the electronic unit dry. The internal absorbent foam must be replaced regularly. This design creates a specific maintenance task that should inform the purchase decision. The manufacturer's guide does not establish a uniform lifespan for all usage patterns or a maintenance-free pressure function.
App and external AI
FeelConnect provides connectivity features; FeelMe AI adds separate video analysis. The app developer's privacy policy describes data including IP addresses, Bluetooth MAC addresses and connection times, as well as guest accounts. This is manufacturer information. Local button controls are relevant if you do not want the app features.
